Thank you for choosing ONE.O. Each garment at ONE.O is made to order and goes through a rigorous process of quality checks.
Please note: Every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on this website. However, due to differences in screen settings and display variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
Should you have any queries or concerns, we’re happy to assist. Kindly review the policy below for further details:
1. Returns
While we do not offer returns, if the product you receive is faulty or does not match its description, you may request a return. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with the return process.
2. Exchanges
- While we do not offer returns, we do allow exchanges to another size or design.
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
- Items can only be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or higher value.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
3. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags must be fully attached.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- To help us serve you better, please record an unboxing video when opening your order. This video is necessary in case you need to raise a return or damage claim.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
- Custom orders, final sale, and end-of-season sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
To request an exchange, please email us at studioonepointo@gmail.com with your order details, a photo of the item, and the reason for the exchange. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the next steps to complete the process.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved due to a defective item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 - 15 business days.
6. Additional Information
- We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
- Exchanges cannot be processed for items purchased through third-party retailers.
